Breezie

This has been a great start up journey so far.
I joined Breezie to help to making to make "the internet easy" for seniors something that user would love.

Been working on UX and UI front along with an amazing team of developers and designers.

Breezie is a complex project, one that we needed to simplify. Running over 22 owned apps Breezie is a full service driven by a strong platform.

Designing for the senior market has challenges and most of the people have no previous digital literacy, and most of the things they see is a first time experience. An example would be the battery alert, something that we [millennial] take from guaranteed is really complex when we just shift to another age group: these are people that are used to replaceable batteries. How would you make them aware that they need to plug one end of a wire to the device and the other to the wall?

What did I learn

Breezie has grown experience as a Product Designer, but mainly as a designer aware of systems and how to look broadly to all the touch points of a service this complex: design, development, test, support, business... Joining a company when it's just starting makes you run really lean and touch areas that you would never think of working.

I am planning to write a whole story of my experience at Breezie, but so far we just have images available.

Full time Product Designer
Helped the team to build the product from the ground up on the user experience side as much as on the Interface and visual designer.
